Disney CEO Bob Iger Hints At ‘Star Wars’ Theme Parks

“Star Wars” thesis parks might be a subsequent journey for Disney.
During yesterday’s gain call, Disney CEO Bob Iger hinted during a probability of a thesis park while discussing serve opportunities for a “Star Wars” acquisition.
“In further to a Star Wars underline films that we’ve already talked about, we’re also operative on opportunities for radio and our parks. It’s still really early in a process. We’ll announce sum as these developments evolve.”
Rumors have been swirling about a probable “Star Wars” land given Disney acquired a rights to Lucasfilm final year for $4 billion.
Earlier this year, a rumors seemed some-more than only that as images of surveys in Disneyland California seeking visitors if they’d be meddlesome in a “Star Wars”-themed park popped adult online.

Since Iger mentioned opportunities by parks, it sounds expected a concentration could also be on “Star Wars”-themed rides.
Disney already has annual “Star Wars” weekends in place during a parks.
